I have enclosed a few pictures of our beautiful son. We are so excited that you were able to help us conceive this little bundle of joy!
Most importantly I want to thank you for everything you have done for us. I have worked in the medical field for 13 years and have  managed physician offices for 7 of those years. I am very picky about choosing a physician, and as a Type-A medical professional, you know I can’t help but to critique every office I visit. Yet your office exceeded my expectations throughout our process. Thank you for your professional and caring attitude.

When we first came to your office, I have to admit I was a bit skeptical. We had tried for over 10 years to have a child that we could call our own. You were not the first doctor that we consulted, and thus far we were not successful. As the process proceeded, you continued to “go above and beyond the call of duty”. About a month ago, we had our first sonogram and found out I was pregnant with twins!
